Man cannot create extensions; God decides when life is done.

God has promised that those who ask will receive, and that the door is to open to those that knock.

The new Earth that God will create will not bear the scars of sin. It will not be a place of sorrow, but one of joy.

We may not be able to change people’s minds, but God can. He controls the whole universe.

Grace is a flow of the power of God through his people to accomplish his will among us. It is about his life manifesting in and among us.

Nothing comes as a surprise to God, nothing deviates from His plans, nothing can stop Him from achieving His goals, and nothing is out of His control.

I’m convinced that everything will turn out for the best in the end since God is in charge.

Any battle fought without the approval of God, is in vain.

For me, faith entails having the complete assurance that God is in charge of my life and is looking out for my interests.

I have always maintained that God is in charge.

God is in charge, so I can be thankful for everything, not for the circumstance itself, but for the One who controls and rules it.

Except God no substance can be granted or conceived. .. Everything, I say, is in God, and all things which are made, are made by the laws of the infinite nature of God, and necessarily follows from the necessity of his essence.

God takes us down paths we never want to travel and roads we never want to see, to get us to a place we never want to leave.

I asked for strength, and God gave me difficulties to make me strong. I asked for wisdom, and God gave me problems to learn to solve. I asked for prosperity, and God gave me a brain and brawn to work. I asked for courage, and God gave me dangers to overcome. I asked for love, and God gave me people to help. I asked for favors, and God gave me opportunities. I received nothing I wanted. I received everything I needed.

God might have taken something from you now but he will never leave you empty handed.

May the Strength of God Pilots us, May the Power of God Preserve us, May the Wisdom of God Instruct us, May the Hand of God Protect us.

Try to give your agenda to God. Keep saying, ‘Your will be done, not mine.’ Give every part of your heart and your time to God and let God tell you what to do, where to go, when and how to respond. God does not want you to destroy yourself. Exhaustion, burnout, and depression are not signs that you are doing God’s will. God is gentle and loving. God desires to give you a deep sense of safety in God’s love. Once you have allowed yourself to experience that love fully, you will be better able to discern who you are being sent to in God’s name.

When you need, God knows. When you ask, God listens. When you believe, God works. When you thank, God gives more.

When you pray, God listens, when you ask, God gives. But we should only pray for the things we truly need, however some people forget to thank God for what they have received, always remember God gives but he can also take away.

God Himself works in our souls, in their deepest depths, taking increasing control as we are progressively willing to be prepared for His wonder.

I don’t understand why things happen the way they do, but I do know that God is in control and has a perfect plan for every situation.

Remember, when we pray God always answers in His perfect timing. Don’t get frustrated, just know that He has it everything under control.

This is the law of God by which He makes His way known to man and is paramount to all human control.

Times get overwhelming when you begin to try to control the uncontrollable… Let go and let God!

One day, you’ll look back and realize that God had everything under control. And He still does, right now.

Sometimes I wish things were different. But then I realize, this is how God wants it. He has it under control. Who am I to tell God what to do?

I do not want to foresee the future. I am concerned with taking care of the present. God has given me no control over the moment following.

God has a plan for everybody. That includes me. I don’t always know what it is but I have faith in his judgement. His will is His will. He is in control not me.

Yours, O Lord, is the greatness, The power and the glory, The victory and the majesty; For all that is in heaven and in earth is Yours; Yours is the kingdom, O Lord, And You are exalted as head over all.

I have learned to accept it, even ask for it, this ‘more than I can handle.’ Because in these times, God shows Himself victorious. He reminds me that all of this life requires more of Him and less of me. God does give us more than we can handle. Not maliciously, but intentionally, in love, that His glory may be displayed, that we may have no doubt of who is in control, that people may see His grace and faithfulness shining through our lives.

Glory, power and honour belongs to God. He who does not sleep day and night, because He is in charge of the universe.

God can change your story so that throughout history, His Glory may be revealed.

God is the ultimate Master of all Arts. For He made Creation without any reference to any previous formation.

No one could ever create the Heaven and the Earth. He is the only one who has done so. The great God of all Creation.

God is great because no one else could create the planet we live in. All living beings dwell in the same Earth which God created. Whether they believe in Him or not.

God is the only one who can raise a man from the dead because everything honours Him, even death.

God is never restricted by what people expect of Him. He can do better than that.

An assurance that your life is worth living, comes from God. He is the one who gave you that life. So, as long as you have it; it is His confirmation that He knows, you still need it.

Look at the mountains. Look and the oceans! No one else can change the oceans into mountains or mountains into oceans, because the work of God’s hands is the greatest.

In the end, all things shall come to an end, but God shall not.

He has been God, yesterday. He is still God, today and He will remain God, tomorrow. He is the All-knowing and All-mighty King.

When everything comes to an end, God will remain. For He is the beginning and the end.

God does not have to prove Himself to anyone, but He still does anyway. Through Creation, God has proven over and over again, that He is so great.

God is able to do what is beyond human expectation.

God will take you from warfare to welfare. For He is the Lord of victory and provision.

You won some battles before you even knew about them, because God is always fighting for you.

While our human minds are limited to the physical, God knows what is above and beyond what eyes can see. That is the unquestionable wisdom of God.

The air we breathe. The water we drink. The life we live. It is all because of God’s Grace. We ought to praise Him, for being alive.

The Lord is in control, my child. Keep your hands on the wheel and your eyes on the road ahead.

As you make your way through this life, the only person you should trust is yourself. And the only thing you can be sure of is that God is always in control.

You can now let go and leave it all in God’s hands. You don’t have to worry about the past or the future. Just live in the present moment.

Always remember that God is in control, He never erases the past, but He always creates a new chapter.

God is always in control. Even when we feel helpless, God is doing something amazing.

It’s okay to feel discouraged. But when you’re feeling down, remember that God loves you and is in control. He’s working everything out for your good.

God is your safety and security. He keeps you safe and never leaves you. His love for you will never change, even when things around you seem to change.

You may feel lost and alone. Sometimes, you may feel afraid and anxious. But our God is always with us. He will be your rock, just like a mountain that never changes.

When unexpected life events spin everything out of control, God knows what’s happening. He’s in charge, so you can’t be shaken up.

You might get shaken up when unexpected stuff happens, but God is always in control.

You cannot outwork God or impress Him. He is always in control of your life, and He will deal with whatever you bring to His table, He’ll take care of everything.

I give them eternal life, and they will never perish, and no one will snatch them out of my hand. My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all, and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father’s hand.

Many are the plans in the mind of a man, but it is the purpose of the Lord that will stand.

He changes times and seasons; he removes kings and sets up kings; he gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to those who have understanding.

Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen. For by it the people of old received their commendation. By faith we understand that the universe was created by the word of God, so that what is seen was not made out of things that are visible. By faith Abel offered to God a more acceptable sacrifice than Cain, through which he was commended as righteous, God commending him by accepting his gifts. And through his faith, though he died, he still speaks. By faith Enoch was taken up so that he should not see death, and he was not found, because God had taken him. Now before he was taken he was commended as having pleased God.

He refreshes my soul, He guides me along the right paths for his names’ sake.

“For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the LORD. “As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.”

All glory to God for allowing me to live out His amazing plan for my life.

God can do all He wills (and does) but need not do all He can (and does not). That is to say, God’s infinite power is manifested in the works of creation, but isn’t exhausted by them. God could have created more than He has, if He so pleased. What God has done, therefore, is no measure of what He could have done or can do.

In His hand is the life of every living thing and the breath of all mankind.

The Lord is my light and my salvation. Who is there to fear? The Lord is my life’s fortress. Who is there to be afraid of?

The LORD sits enthroned over the engulfing waters, the LORD sits enthroned as the eternal king.

Now to Him who is able to do far more abundantly beyond all that we ask or think, according to the power that works within us.

And looking at them Jesus said to them, ‘with people this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.’

I know that You can do all things, and that no purpose of Yours can be thwarted.

For nothing will be impossible with God.

Your throne is established from of old; You are from everlasting. The floods have lifted up, O Lord, The floods have lifted up their voice; The floods lift up their waves. The Lord on high is mightier, Than the noise of many waters, Than the mighty waves of the sea.

Your throne, O God, will last for ever and ever; a scepter of justice will be the scepter of your kingdom.

At once I was under the Spirit’s power. See! The throne was in heaven, and One was sitting on it.

You, Lord, reign forever; your throne endures from generation to generation.

To You I lift up my eyes, O You who are enthroned in the heavens!

I am the Lord, your Holy One, The Creator of Israel, your King.

Let the heavens be glad. Let the earth be filled with joy. And let them say among the nations, ‘The Lord rules!’

What if God, although choosing to show his wrath and make his power known, bore with great patience the objects of his wrath — prepared for destruction? What if he did this to make the riches of his glory known to the objects of his mercy, whom he prepared in advance for glory — even us, whom he also called, not only from the Jews but also from the Gentiles?

As for God, His way is perfect; The word of the Lord is proven; He is a shield to all who trust in Him.

My help comes from the Lord, Who made heaven and earth. He will not allow your foot to be moved; He who keeps you will not slumber.

You alone are the Lord. You have made the heavens, The heaven of heavens with all their host, The earth and all that is on it, The seas and all that is in them. You give life to all of them And the heavenly host bows down before You.

You will say to me then, “Why does He still find fault? For who has resisted His will?” But indeed, O man, who are you to reply against God? Will the thing formed say to him who formed it, “Why have you made me like this?” Does not the potter have power over the clay, from the same lump to make one vessel for honor and another for dishonor?

This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us.

In Him we were also chosen, having been predestined according to the plan of Him who works out everything in conformity with the purpose of His will.

Know therefore today, and take it to your heart, that the Lord, He is God in heaven above and on the earth below; there is no other.

Even from eternity I am He, And there is none who can deliver out of My hand; I act and who can reverse it?

God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.

Remember the former things of old; for I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is none like me, declaring the end from the beginning and from ancient times things not yet done, saying, ‘My counsel shall stand, and I will accomplish all my purpose.’

Both riches and honor come from You, and You rule over all. In Your hand is power and might; and it is in Your hands to make great and to give strength to everyone.

For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, so that no one may boast.

But once He has made His decision, who can change His mind? Whatever He wants to do, He does.

The Lord reigns, He is clothed with majesty; The Lord has clothed and girded Himself with strength; Indeed, the world is firmly established, it will not be moved.

Worthy are You, our Lord and our God, to receive glory and honor and power; for You created all things, and because of Your will they existed, and were created.

He prayed: “O Lord God of our ancestors, you are the God who lives in heaven and rules over all the kingdoms of the nations. You possess strength and power; no one can stand against you.”

The more we understand God’s sovereignty, the more our prayers will be filled with thanksgiving.

No matter how bad something seems, God can work it out for good.

Divine sovereignty is not the sovereignty of a tyrannical Despot, but the exercised pleasure of One who is infinitely wise and good! Because God is infinitely wise He cannot err, and because He is infinitely righteous He will not do wrong. Here then is the preciousness of this truth. The mere fact itself that God’s will is irresistible and irreversible fills me with fear, but once I realize that God wills only that which is good, my heart is made to rejoice.

Because the Holy Spirit is God, we feel Him as He controls our circumstances and transforms our lives. When He does that, He uses us. He melts us in relationships. He molds us in the pursuit and the direction of His will. He fills us with power and the perseverance to keep at it. He uses as He controls our circumstances and transforms our lives. Ask the Spirit of God to use you, just as you are, with the gifts and abilities that He’s given you. Secure in the confidence that God is in control of your life, you will be free to serve Him with joy and effectiveness.

Sometimes we focus on the mess or the broken dream, but in all the mess God sees greatness. He knows how to take your troubles and turn them into trophies, how to take the test and make it your testimony.

Prayer is crucial in evangelism: Only God can change the heart of someone who is in rebellion against Him. No matter how logical our arguments or how fervent our appeals, our words will accomplish nothing unless God’s Spirit prepares the way.

Faith is not the belief that God will do what you want. It is the belief that God will do what is right.

The purpose of prayer is to reveal the presence of God equally present, all the time, in every condition.

There are times you will be given intuition, you just know something, and you can’t explain it. Don’t override it. Don’t talk yourself out of it. That’s the Creator giving you inside information.

Each time, before you intercede, be quiet first, and worship God in His glory. Think of what He can do, and how He delights to hear the prayers of His redeemed people. Think of your place and privilege in Christ, and expect great things!

God’s grace is so powerful that it has the capacity to overcome our natural resistance to it.

Why should we give God thanks? Because everything we have comes from God.

I have come to believe that we do not walk alone in this life. There are others, fellow sojourners, whose journeys are interwoven with ours in seemingly random patterns, yet, in the end, have been carefully placed to reveal a remarkable tapestry. I believe God is the weaver at that loom.

If you believe in a God who controls the big things, you have to believe in a God who controls the little things. It is

There’s a great blunder which we commit. Through communication, we try to control people… The fact is that nobody can control anybody. All you can do is flow. You can flow with each other, like rivers and streams flow with each other and they all end up in the same ocean. All things come from God and all things go to God. It’s a very simple formula which you have learned.

A God capable of continuously monitoring and controlling the individual status of every particle in the universe cannot be simple. His existence is going to need a mammoth explanation in its own right.

Prayer is not a means by which I seek to control God; it is a means of putting myself in a position where God can control me.

My imperative is to seek every moment and to live so God is in control.

You will see the mercy of God toward His creatures, how He has provided that which is required, in proper proportions, and treated all individual beings of the same species with perfect equality. …for it is an act of great and perfect goodness that He gave us existence; and the creation of the controlling faculty in animals is a proof of His mercy towards them, as has been shown by us.

I know you can’t control everything, and everything is in God’s hands ultimately, but I’m going to fight, go out and perform for everybody, I don’t care.

What we can do with these means (our own unassisted strength) is still very small compared to what we could do in acting in union with God himself, who created and ultimately controls all other forces.

This is a day that God has given me. It’s a gift. I can never relive this day. And I’m not going to live it angry, in unforgiveness, and mad at somebody. If I don’t get my way, I’m going to believe that God’s still in control.

I am religious in the sense that I believe in God and I believe that there is an abiding logical spirit that controls what goes on to a certain extent.

To do God’s will as fast as it is made known to us, to inquire hourly — I had almost said each moment — what He requires of us, and to leave ourselves, our friends, and every interest at His control, with a cheerful trust that the path which He marks out leads to our perfection and to Himself, — this is at once our duty and happiness; and why will we not walk in the plain, simple way?

Angels are God’s messengers whose chief business is to carry out his orders in the world. He has given them an ambassadorial charge. He has designated and empowered them as holy deputies to perform works of righteousness. In this way they assist him as their creator while he sovereignly controls the universe. So he has given them the capacity to bring holy enterprises to a successful conclusion.

I would say that God is much bigger than all of this. I’ve been through difficult times where it just seems like hope is nowhere to be found, but those are some of the greater moments where we run to Christ a little faster and hang on a little tighter. Through the hardest times in life, I hope people turn to him and realize he’s still a sovereign God; he’s in control.

God is sovereign, that is He is the boss. He is in control. He is the supreme ruler of heaven and earth for all of eternity. He is Lord. We don’t make Him Lord. He is Lord. And joy comes when we acknowledge that He is Lord; we rest in His Lordship. We trust His sovereignty, and we surrender to it. That means that God has the right to give, and God has the right to take away.

God is all powerful, He’s in control.

Our hope is a certainty based on the truths that God is in complete control of our universe and that He loves us.

God is in control and knowing that at the end of the day what happens – whether I’m comfortable with it or not or afraid of it or not – that God is in control.

I believe [in God], and then there are times when I don’t, because the nature of the universe tells me that I’m a fool to believe in something greater than myself. And then there are times when I’m absolutely in awe of the greatness of God, or whatever name you want to attach to whatever it is that’s controlling our lives.

From the Scriptures we find basic truths that may serve as the foundation of our teaching of history. The first basic truth is that God is in control of history. God’s control may take the form of caring, governing, protecting, sustaining, and preserving. He exercises His will through divine superintendence or by divine intervention.

The central significance of prayer is not in the things that happen as results, but in the deepening intimacy and unhurried communion with God at His central throne of control in order to discover a sense of God’s need in order to call on God’s help to meet that need.

Everything that happens to a child of God, His father filtered and He intends to use it for the good and even when Satan and others mean it for bad because God is sovereignly in control.

With each new experience of letting God be in control, we gain courage and reinforcement for daring to do it again and again.

God is kind, but he is not soft. He takes us firmly by the hand and leads us into a radical life change.

God never intended for us to rely on others for our sense of well being. Only He is equipped to provide that.

When Jesus is truly our Lord, He directs our lives and we gladly obey Him. Indeed, we bring every part of our lives under His lordship – our home and family, our sexuality and marriage, our job or unemployment, our money and possessions, our ambitions and recreations.

The truth is you and I are in control of only two things – how we prepare for what might happen and how we respond to what just happened. The moment when things actually do happen belongs to God.

When God gets us alone through suffering, heartbreak, temptation, disappointment, sickness, or by thwarted friendship – when He gets us absolutely alone, and we are totally speechless, unable to ask even one question, then He begins to teach us.

I know success or failure in my life or ministry does not depend on my own skill or even on external circumstances, it depends only on my faithfulness. God will give me the gifts necessary to do whatever He calls me to do, and He will not be hindered in His work by circumstances.

From Genesis to Revelation, here’s the central message: God Almighty, the Lord Jesus Christ, the Spirit of God, the Triune God is in control of all things, period.

I have never known more than fifteen minutes of anxiety or fear. Whenever I feel fearful emotions overtaking me, I just close my eyes and thank God that He is still on the throne reigning over everything and I take comfort in His control over the affairs of my life.

God is bigger than time, dates, and appointments. He wants you to move through this day with a quiet heart, an inward assurance that He is in control, a peaceful certainty that your life is in His hands, a deep trust in His plan and purposes, and a thankful disposition, toward all that He allows. He wants you to put your faith in Him, not in a timetable. He wants you to wait on Him and wait for Him. In His perfect way He will put everything together, see to every detail… arrange every circumstance… and order every step to bring to pass what He has for you.

I surrender my anxiety and my sense of urgency. I allow God to guide me in the pacing of my life. I open my heart to God’s timing. I release my deadlines, agendas, and stridency to the gentle yet often swift pacing of God. As I open my heart to God’s unfoldings, my heart attains peace. As I relax into God’s timing, my heart contains comfort. As I allow God to set the tone and schedule of my days, I find myself in the right time and place, open and available to God’s opportunities.

If you take care of yourself and walk with integrity, you may be confident that God will deal with those who sin against you. Above all, don’t give birth to sin yourself, rather, pray for those who persecute you. God will one day turn your persecution into praise.

Over commitment in business is usually due to a lack of faith, which results in fear – specifically, the fear of failure. But if we really believe God is in control, then we also should believe He’s able to make us successful while we are keeping our lives in balance.

We know that God is in control and we all have ups and downs and fears and uncertainty sometimes. Sometimes even on an hourly basis we need to keep praying and keep our peace in God and remind ourselves on the promises of God that never fails.

If God is the Creator of the entire universe, then it must follow that He is the Lord of the whole universe. No part of the world is outside of His lordship. That means that no part of my life must be outside of His lordship.

When you accept the fact that sometimes seasons are dry and times are hard and that God is in control of both, you will discover a sense of divine refuge, because the hope then is in God and not in yourself.

Many of us rely on our own illusion of control. But when God makes it known to you that you’re not the one steering the ship, be thankful. He has removed the illusion, and forced you to rely only on Him.

Joy is the settled assurance that God is in control of all the details of my life, the quiet confidence that ultimately everything is going to be all right, and the determined choice to praise God in all things.

You may be leading, then you might be at the back of the pack trying to work your way up. It’s just a constant reminder not to give up, and to know that God, in my mind, is really in control.

This is how God works. He puts people in positions where they are desperate for his power, and then he shows his provision in ways that display his greatness.

Someone is watching you right now as you read this. Think about that. The God who loans you life sees your every move, hears each word you speak, and knows your every thought. And this is a good thing. You are seen by God. Noticed. Known.

It may look impossible, but God can do the impossible. Just because you don’t see anything happening doesn’t mean God is not working.

I can rest in the fact that God is in control. Which means I can face things that are out of my control and not act out of control.

Of course you’ll encounter trouble. But behold a God of power who can take any evil and turn it into a door of hope.

Isn’t it amazing that the God who is in total control of this universe will take time out of His day to hear us pray to Him?

Faith to me is having absolute certainty that God is in control of my life and that He has my best interests at heart.
