There is no erratic power or action or motion in creatures but they are governed by God’s secret plan in such a way that nothing happens except what is knowingly and willingly decreed by Him.

God gives us hopes and dreams for certain things to happen in our lives, but He doesn’t always allow us to see the exact timing of His plan.

And as I walked back to give Takumi’s note to the Colonel, I saw that I would never know.
